Justin Bieber dévoile son deuxième single, intitulé « All That Matters », issu du projet « MusicMondays ».
A propos des paroles, le chanteur a expliqué : « les paroles de cette chanson parlent d’elles-mêmes, quand vous tombez amoureux de quelqu’un, cette personne peut vous faire sentir complet. Je pense que quiconque a été amoureux voit se que je veux dire. La chanson signifie qu’être amoureux est une des meilleures émotions sur Terre. L’amour est tout ce qui importe. Mais le vide que vous ressentez quand cet amour part est déchirant. J’ai travaillé tellement dur sur cette chanson en studio, essayer de mettre cette émotion en musique était extrêmement important pour moi. Je suis content de le partager avec vous. »
