Après avoir tenté une première expérience ensemble avec Chemistry en 2005, le MC et le producteur sont retournés en labo pour trouver The Formula sur Duck Down Records. Déjà trois clips sont prévus : celui du premier single "Go All Out" (qui figurera Charlie Murphy, révélé par le Dave Chapelle Show), "Hold It Down" feat Talib Kweli et "The Formula" qui sera en animation 3D.
